DRAW MATERIALS
WIEVO's materials are mostly sourced from areas above 50 ° north latitude. Each floor is sourced from sustainably managed forests, and each floor uses a radial cutting method. SIZING

MODIFIED PRESSING

APPLY OIL
Before oiling, the plate needs to be heated to about 40 °, and the pure natural vegetable oil needs to be heated to about 20 °. Based on the properties of natural wood, the temperature increase will fully open the fiber pores in the original wood, and the soaking effect of the pure natural vegetable oil can also reach the deepest layer of the fiber pores. This process aims to better soak the pure natural vegetable oil handmade floor, and each floor is manually oiled and colored for 2-3 times, It determines the final moisture of the floor.
NATURAL AIR DRYING
After being filled with pure natural vegetable oil, the fiber pores of native wood need to be naturally absorbed for 24 hours in a constant temperature, humidity, and dust control space to form the finest crystals, and then undergo a second saturated natural absorption for at least 48 hours to retain the natural surface and permeability of the wood. Crystallization increases the wear resistance and water resistance of the wood surface.
CONSTANT TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY
The suitable environment for humans is also suitable for wood preservation, with an optimal temperature of 20 ° C-22 ° C and an appropriate humidity of 40% - 60%. Therefore, in addition to the above appropriate temperature and humidity, it is necessary to control the dust content in the air during the storage, production, and soaking processes of raw materials.
